Your discount will apply on tickets booked through United website or placed by phone to a special 800 number. Discounts will vary depending on your city of origin, naturally. You can call United's Olympic Help Desk at 1-800-841-0460 to book your tickets, and use the Event Code 563 EH. You can also use the website, www.united.com/usoc and enter the same code, 563EH, at the bottom of the reservations page under 'Promotional Code' to receive your travel discount.

Gaylord National is now proud to offer an exclusive, express shuttle to and from Reagan National Airport (operated by SuperShuttle).
This convenient new service will depart every twenty minutes from Gaylord National's front door to Reagan National Airport, and every twenty minutes from the Reagan National Airport baggage claim.
Reservations are recommended, but tickets also will be available from the SuperShuttle desk, located on the lower level of the airport, near baggage claim.

- Take I-295 South for approximately 5.5 miles
- Take Exit 1B (the very last exit on 295-South, past exit 1) toward National Harbor
- Once on National Harbor property, turn right on St. George Street
- Follow signs to Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center
From Washington Union Station — approximately 10 miles, 20 minutes
- Go west on Massachusetts Avenue NE
- Go around Columbus Circle NE
- Turn left on Louisiana Avenue NE
- Make slight right onto D Street NW
- Make slight left onto I-395 South
- Take I-295 South exit (located on left)
- Take I-295 South for approximately 5.5 miles
- Take Exit 1B (the very last exit on 295-South, past exit 1) toward National Harbor
- Once on National Harbor property, turn right on St. George Street
- Follow signs to Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center

- Take I-66 East
- Merge onto Capital Beltway/I-495 South toward Richmond/Alexandria
